If I was still Married I would have said my missus runs my wash industry. God knows she ran everything else. LOL. now I'm not married I RUN MY WASH INDUSTRY and wouldn't have it any other way

Customers require the service, Contractors service the Customer, Distributors equip the Contractors....supply & demand.

I could be wrong but I would say the customer......without customers.....there is no Industry.

I also would go with customers. However a good argument could be made that it's the contractor as the link between customer and distributor. We use the products to service the clients so in essence we control new tool development and purchasing.

There are always clients and always will be however its up to contractors to educate ,perform the correct applications and professionalize the industry
