Matt and Chris I was checking out you all's website .. I actually read alot of the stuff this time. I like the thing about inspecting the systems for free. If I Could do this I would Probably have every hood cleaning in Mississippi. Every account I have aquired over thes many many years have all not been cleaned properly.. And to my suprise most of the systems have access doors that only takes a feww minutes to open up and clean.. I never say anything is non accesible... All of my accounts have grease doors installed and if they don't I install them.. I clean a restaurant ( Bar & Grill ) that I had to install 4 grease access panels in the ducting .. When I cut open the duct to install the grease doors the owner was right there watching.. He liked to had a fit.. The first hole that I cut with my trusty sawzall actually caught the duct on fire but I put it out.. I scraped a 30 gallon garbage can full of greasy chunks out of the system.. The guy has me clean it once a month for $550.00 a month .. It is a 12 foot hood with one fan 2 stories up on the roof .. Damn duct goes left and right all the way up it is in the shape of a (Z)
Anyway I like the way your site is worded .. I think I am going to try the free inspection thing.... Great Idea...
I think the free estimate thinge was started by Flue Steam so thank Grant for that idea. Every company pretty much follows what they set up out here. They are the Grandaddy of Grease in LA, we are just the redheaded stepchild

I am just glad that they "allow" me to work in the same town....and feed off their scraps.
As for the building Yup it was a Mc Donald's and is now a Thai place.
When I pulled up I was thinking that if they put woks under those Mc Donald's hoods I am going to walk out on this one....
