Wow. I'm amazed and we do roof washing. We don't get them that bad up here. What kind of dwell time do you need or does it run off? Do you have to hit it more than once? I've never seen one that bad. Plus most don't show algae here until year 10 and older. Nice to know it can be done. I probably would have passed on it not knowing it's possible to clean. Great job.

Long Live The Cider :)
All white roofs need a few good rains to look their best.
You will come back in a month or two and freak.
You will say "Did I do THAT" ?
Give it time, and always remember, you are a PLANT KILLER.
Even if you "miss" a spot, experience has shown the plant is DEAD, and will fall off after some rains.
Nice Work !

Roofs get horrible here in Charleston! I let that sit for about 1 hour and I had some run off, but no big deal, just flood your run off with plenty of water. Like I said the roof was abit ruff looking when I left, I'll post some pics back on this thread after a few good rains!

Cool Jeffrey.
Give it a few weeks of rain or so :)
And yes, run off is not to be feared as long as plants are wet, and kept wet as chit drips on them.
