Ok here we go.. The burner motor breaker kept tripping.. I couldn't figure it out.. Then I noticed the belt on the winco generator was slipping. I tightened the belt up and the machine worked fine.. But then it quit all together .. I wasn"t getting but like 10 Volts out of my winco generator.. I took an extension cord and ran the burner off of house 110v power and it works great but I do notice the burner motor is making a little rumble noise... I opened up the transformer and noticed that 2 fins are missing on the blower squirrel cage fan.. Could this havew any effect.. Also if the generator place can't rebuild it I was thinking about chaning to just a normal generator that I could run both of my machines off of..
But I gues I would need to put a flow switch on the whitco instead of the pressure switch because when the whitco machine dies and pressure is relived the burner comes on and with constant power it will stay running ..
What to do...
Also $400 dollars seems sort of high for a 2000 watt generator head.. When you can buy a whole new generator for about $500.00 motor and all..
WHAT TO DO ????
