Whirlaway Problem

I am getting striping with my 18"whirlaway (It has new rotary arm and nozzles)
This happens even when I move very slowly. Also getting swirly lines (pattern from arm spinning).
Can anyone help? Is the height wrong? Running at 3000psi

One of the nozzles may be plugged. It is also possible that the bar is too close to the surface.

I agree nozzles or check the swivel to see if the bearings are starting to go and it is effecting the rotation.
