How well do they hold up under constant use of hotwater? are the swivel's exspensive? How do they compare to the wisper wash which i beat the heck out of and seem to hold up well..also can it be set up to accept a ball valve instead of having a gun on the end..

They hold up really well with hot water and the swivels aren't too expensive (compared to others) to repair. I have one customer who owns two Big Guys. He's replaced the swivels on both with Whirl A Way swivels, and hasn't had a problem with them. If you want to use a ball valve, you need to tie the gun open, it has to be there to even the handles out.

I have the 20'' version of that for about 3.5 going on 4 years replaced the swivel once....it works well in small areas...

Ive got a 20in and an older 16 in. The 20in has been through alot more but they are still performing fery well. I do however need to get a new cover in my 20in. Been cracked forever. Got run pounced on about 2yrs ago. Even with the crack in the cover she's still good!
