Where to start

While I have enjoyed spending a lot of time on here reading through old posts and getting caught up on the UAmCc Board over the past week, tomorrow I've got to get back to work.

Here's my question:

I expect to get the first list of buildings to bid for the HVAC subcontract job Monday or Tuesday. I can only bid about 4 or 5 buildings a day so it might take a lot of time. I'm not going to sit here and wait for that though.

I have three PM's of Apartment complexes representing a total of about 48 complexes who told me they were very interested in my service but couldn't spend any more money till 2009.

I have emails and faxes ready to send out giving winter rates for coil cleaning if scheduled before Feb 1.

What should I do tomorrow.?

Should I send out the emails today so they get them tomorrow? I would think they would get skipped after the holiday glut of email.

Should I start making calls tomorrow, or should I wait a couple of days?

Or should I use tomorrow to give coil cleaning demos (videotaped)? While people are busy catching up they will be more likely to tell me to go ahead and go on the roof. Once they see the demo they are more likely to stop and consider the service.

These are just my thoughts.

What is the proper timing after a holiday like this?

Thanks
