When will we say ENOUGH!

All of that could have been prevented if the people at the pharmacy would have called the right doctor, probably not following the proper procedures that they probably have printed, probably have a training manual on the shelf for these situations, probably someone did not know the procedure and forgot, probably dialed the wrong phone number or another doctor with the same last name. So many things that could have happened.

I would think that the person would be in their computer since they have filled prescriptions there before and realized that this is a regular customer and do a little bit of calling around or looking into the matter instead of calling the police right away. People are only human and make mistakes. Looks like this pharmacy made a costly mistake that will cost them not only money in a lawsuit but bad publicity and lost revenue with those that are not wanting the same thing to happen to them when filling prescriptions.

Mindless worker drones that don't think for themselves or are told not to and then we have situations like this. Wow.
