What's wrong with this picture

Looks like a donut place, with a dry chem system that wasn't very successful at putting out a fryer fire. (The left most nozzle looks like the cap is still in place) The appliances are pulled away from the back wall and the filters are on the ground. The Fire Department pulled down the T-bar cieling tiles and some insulation while checking for extension. Do you have a picture showing the base of the appliances? It appears to have burn pattern going up the front of the fryer indicating it may have been started in the appliance as opposed to on top of the appliance. I don't see your sticker Matt, was this one of yours?
 
R101 Ansul Dry Chemical that did do the job, after all, the building is still standing. Looks like there is still lots of old grease running doune the duct. Have the appliances been moved away from hte hood? If you finish the clean-up, good luck. Dry Chemical is tough. Exclude any applaince repairs from your estimate.
