Hey I was at the local pressure washer place today and bought a head off of a ts2021 that had just been rebuilt .. It's the nickel plated brass .. I was told the head will fit my TS 1511 pump ... And plus the whole head , including the three ceramic pistons only cost me $45.00 so I thought what the heck.. Will the ts 2021 head bolt up and work on my ts1511 pump body?

Got the head on today ... So now I have a new unloader , New (to me ) freshly packed , new seals, new pistons all on the pump .. no leaks anywhere and No matter what I do the guage will not go over 2500 psi... The guage is mounted on the unloader..The way it acts is like so.. Squeeze the trigger on the gun , the pressure slowly climbs to 2500 psi.. When I turn the unloader all the way up ( 2500 psi) even if I turn it back 2 turns still 2500 psi... When I let off the gun the guage spikes at like 4000psi and then goes all the way to zero.. Then hit the gun again and It slowly climbs to 2500psi... Do you think my brand new unloader is stoped up.. ?
 
Once again your right Russ.. I had a little trouble tonight with my flow switch , the dang burner would not cut off .. So I took it apart and cleaned it out real good... Hope it works , I got a big job tommorrow.. So I promise one day I am going to buy something from you... If I can get my buddy at the bank to give me a lil loan I really need a new machine...
