How simple is this?
Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ".
And this is my Amendment:
"Any person Elected to the Office of Senator or Congressman will not be paid by the US Government, but that burden will be of the state that elected them , Including all benefits. The individual states will determine the Salaries for thier own representatives. This may vary from state to state. All expenses for offices and other benefits and travel will be paid by the states and approved by thier own state legislators. All persons elected will have to be a resident of that state for a minimum of 21 years. And all elected will be limited to 2 terms maximum. ( this would mean 1 term as senator and 1 as congressman or 2 terms of either office.)"
