I do deck restoration,Bldg. Cleaning,House Cleaning, Flat work and Also started to do gutter Cleaning.

IF I had enough business across the board then I would Like to have nothing but Flat Work.

Oh how it always greener on the other side...:)
 
Started out with exteriors and decks/fences but main reason i started to clean was to do vent-a-hoods and commercial work.
Fleets dont raise my interest, Besides there is a guy who does fleets and washouts in area with about 14 trucks....
 
I do flatwork, Houses, buildings (so far the tallest has been 4 1/2 stories, soon to be taller than that), fleets, heavy equipment, Structures such as Airport Radar Tower at 87' high, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, some wood restoration like decks and fences.
 
I pressure wash everything... I just don't like doing wood.. Folks here in Mississippi like the old rotten deck look... So not much work on that end.. Heck I think the biggest Money maker for me is hood cleaning , then flatwork, then residential , then fire equipment and inspection , then building cleaning and so on.. I tried gutter cleaning and got stiffed I cleaned a gutter on a 2 story building about 400 feet of gutter and downspout.. I charge 275.00 the guy hands me 100.00 and says thats all I pay the other guy take it or leave it.. So I left it.. I gave him his 100.00 back and told him dont call me again..
 
We do not clean hoods or fleets but we clean anything from the top of the roof to the curb except kids playing in the yards.
We started using DI Water for the windows and are expanding to do more commericial windows and flatwork. We also are using a very nice sealer Suoer Seal 30 for exposed agragite driveways. The peoplelove it
 
We mainly do Garage Cleaning. We have a few store fronts from clients we acquired in 1989. They pay on time and I have never raised their price. A way of saying "thank you" for giving me a start in the pressure washing business.
 
I clean Tile Roofs, Shingle Roofs, Concrete driveways and sidewalks, Home exteriors, Pool Decks and Enclosures, Fences (vinyl and wood) and the occational boat dock cleaning etc... I take care of flat work at a few dealerships and a few plazas in the area. Never did any Hood cleaning work. looks like a pita especially if you don't know what your doing. I also do alot of Manufactured and mobile homes as well. :)
 
Mostly resi everything from the roof to the road. Trying to get into the comm. end of this game for the winter months

MY BUT AIN"T TOUCHIN' A HOOD !!!

Fleets are pretty wrapped up around here and I 'm not doin' to awful bad with res. till I can get comm. flat up and going.

household name. Ya I can even do walmarts for 18,000.00 and do them
