What Software and Apps are you using?

I was wondering what software and apps everyone is using?

We use proposal to send estimates and follow up with a phone call a few days later. For invoicing and financial we us Wave. I would like to get away from Wave and try out combination of customer factor and QB or house call pro and QB. We also use Streak to track emails and make sure they are being opened. Street view and Bing maps are great.
 
Street bidder, invoice2go and square. Gonna check out the house call pro Doug Rucker!

We use QB online. You can download the app on iPhone, iPad. You can also process credit card, attach images of any damage- issue areas to cover yourself, and have customers sign estimates, invoices on the iPad for legal purposes.

Get a smart phone..works great on iPhone
 
House call pro is pretty neat and does a ton of stuff. It is great for scheduling. It notifies customers that they have been scheduled, that you are on your way, and that the job is complete. You can automatically send thank you cards/emails and a lot of other features. If you have time they will walk you though the software. Only thing that I wasn't impressed with is the estimates, I guess I have been spoiled with Proposal.
 
just downloaded Invoice Manager for Iphone. Setup was really simple. I like that the home page is clean and simple. Estimates, invoice, PO, sales receipt, credit memo - my business info and contacts first page is easy. simple estimate to receipt or invoice then paid copy. I haven't loaded services yet but for the 1st time it went easy. time will tell
