I am not amazed. I was a paramedic and I saw fathers killing sons, on and on. Our society is so messed up that we have no morals. We rape our daughters, kill our family and friends, cheat on our spouses. Just read the front page of most any newspaper. It is sickening and imorral. These people are probably an average of the US. If you read your Bible you will see what is going to happen. I'm not a Holy Roller, but I believe we get what we sow.
 
If you touch him... He will sue you. Thats what the court system has done to this country! Personally I'd help the man out!
 
Most states now have a good samaritan law, so that can't happen, in theory. It is still abysmal that people could walk on by someone that is suffering.
 
Not much a person could do to physically help him. The very least they could have done is talked to him and reassured him that help was coming.
 
I can't believe that no one went out into the street to check if he was breathing or did something to try to help him. This has been on the local news all day. There were several calls to 911 within a minute of this happening. The officer that shows up at the end of the video was responding to a different call.
The victim is Angel Torres, he is now paralyzed from the neck down with little hope of ever getting any movement back. He was hit by a car involved in a race. They have a suspect but have not been able to locate him. I hope they find him and put him in jail where he belongs.
