any ideas what this is.
My idea is that it is hard water stains where the water has pooled. however, the brick has a sealer on it and I think the sealer is permamantly discolored. when I went to estimeate, I took some diluted de-limer and scrubbed it and nothing happened. I did the same with sodium hydroxide 12% straight, nothing happened. Both times I just rinsed with a little water and towell dryed.
Will this come off when I pressure wash or will I have to strip the sealer?
PS The maint. cheif said his guy did this with a pressure washer, but I remember looking at this property about 6 months ago and it looked the same
