JL Pressure Washing

This was spaghetti & sauce thrown all over composite siding and shingles, we cleaned it all off, but there is oily looking stains left behind just little quarter size stains, anyone have a home brew or product that may take the oil spots off without damaging the paint? The spots look like they are sucked right into the paint now

Thanks in advance

It sucked the oil into the paint. You could wipe on some mineral oil which would make the whole area the same as the spots. Letting some bleach dry on there will oxidize the surface area. Try some alcohol, degreaser or that stuff you use on gutters to get the black streaks. Everything but the mineral oil you will have to wait for it to dry. If you have something that makes the water bead up on the surface like wet wax or plexmaster will make it dry faster. That's my two cents.

A butyl based degreaser, especially one with some sodium hydroxide, might cut it. You can probably get something like Purple Power locally, or opt for a more concentrated industrial product.

Did they clue you in as to how spaghetti got up there? Front yard food fight?

Try that stuff you use on pavers. It should work. It's an organic stain.

The guy next door was fighting with someone and the culprit threw it at the wrong house. At least thats what they think no one knows for sure. Its kind of funny, the homeowner is a very Italian guy who lives in Philly and this is just a vacation home

Is this your house? Were you fighting with your wife and she through spagetti at you>????? LOL

again???

Get some semolina flour and summa good dipping bread. Put a little water in the semolina to make summa paste . Wipe the spots with the paste and cover with the bread . Then tape over the bread with duct tape. Wait 24 hours for stain to get absorbed out into bread.

Chow !
