What is a good price for this pump?

Our pump busted, yes, no fun.There is a small chance the warranty may cover it, but I'm thinking it was probably our fault. Anyway, we need a new one. I found ours, GP ez4040g for as low as 320. However, we used one that we borrowed from a friend that was 4000psi and 5 gpm, it has a small leak that lets oil out of the bottom that has been there forever. He is wanting to get a new pump so I am offering to buy it from him, but I have no idea what is fair for a used pump. I know I didnt give a brand or anything, but does anyone know a roundabout figure for what would be good to offer?
