Hello everybody!

Anybody here having trouble to contact Envirospec lately?

I've placed an order last week including a pump, got my package with the small stuff but the pump. Have been calling them and leaving messages since we got the shipping from UPS and 3 days latter still have not got any word from them.

Same here called Them a week ago and talked to Dan Gavin ask about a price on a pump.He said i will get it for you and call back meanwhile i called Bill and Russ price was given with in 1/2 an hour.Dan has not called me back or emailed like he said.I have used them in the past for alot of stuff but this is crazy cant even get a price on a pump oh well maybe there to busy.

And the countdown starts on how soon y'all get nasty emails from John Allison asking why you don't like puppies.

I stopped using them when they started their scare tactic about the SPLASH AND DASH type contractors using bleach. Thanks Capt Dan!!!!

Lol!! Yea I saw that too.......Didn't know we were a Splash & Dash type of Company.....at least we're an answer the phone & email, Customer Service is #1.. type Company.

Ok so much for giving John a break.

Isn't it his right to give poor customer service.

Isn't this a broken record?

Proves that sometimes others only care about price.

If someone gives cheap prices something's is going to suffer.

In our industry people who are smart realize that down time cost money.

I would rather not see John tortured here about the poor service but rather he learn from the feed back an fix.

This mentality of low prices breed others to believe this is a winning formula when it's not.

Just doesn't make any sense somebody that has an impressive website and history in this industry, don't take good care of the most basic aspect of any successful business; Customer Service.

Like a broken recorded!! Heard it over an over!!!

That's why most Dist that can't hold up to good customers service won't post here.

The telephone thing is weird and it makes you not want to deal with them.

In person they are great and super knowledgable . One of my best machines was bought through them but can't get them on the phone to ask questions.

Bob a PT and Tom at ACR call back with in hours or you get them on the phone right away!

Are you certain about that?

It all started when Dan took position to degrade the menial power washing contractor to a splash and dash if you don't use there product. As Guy quoted customer service should be #1 goal.

Tom, Bob, Russ are all about service.

It started long before that. I remember vividly getting a call from John 14 years ago because I decided to go with another company to buy a machine, chewing me out because I did not buy from him. Then I ordered some hose from them, and he swapped it, because my wife took them at their word that the hose was comparable quality. When I saw it, and tried to return it, they refused to take it back. I bought four lengths of hose, and all four lengths were toast within a month. I believe that was the last time I ever bought anything from them, until Paul opened his shop, and Allison tried to get me again by charging my Credit Card for items that were more than a month out for shipment.
It was a boondoggle.
