What do you wear on sales calls?

I always wear dockers non pleated pants, and a nice polo with my logo on it.

Are you a professional? Dress like a professional.

I think khaki's and a nice dress shirt or polo are par for the course in this industry. You will hear guys say logo'd shirt and I agree if it is a nice quality shirt and a well done logo.

You might even hear one guy say a name badge and a big key ring....I think this is not as cool. You look more like a janitor at a high school than a professional business owner.
 
Yes, definately a quality shirt. I feel the logo is really important. It lends some credibility to your business that you're not just a guy doing side jobs. Every time I go to a sales call, I always see their eyes go to my logo on my shirt.
 
I made more sales while out working in a tee shirt with logo & Rubber Boots, and rig in tow. Like they say u can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig !! I think it's more how you carry yourself in a conversation and knowlege of your buisness.
 
Oh dang, I just wear mynshirt that is bleached from chlorine. Whe they look at me like I'm some dumb redneck I explain to them that I am so busy I dint have time to change for them. This is how I got all my wakmarts,kohls,and shopping centers.

I can't tell you how many sales I've made by walking into an office cold with a filthy uniform and asking for the manager or owner - then telling them we just finished cleaning the coils next door early and we'd be glad to give them a great deal just to fill time between the next appointment.
