Hey Chris.

Are you going with that color for the signs?
It may be way too light.

I would also change "House Need a Bath" to "Does Your House Need a Bath?"

Yeah, I would go with a darker blue just so that its easier to see.
What type of signs will they be? Yard signs....vehicle decals...??

It's real light.I would go with a darker color, or maybe neon or dayglo.If you want to catch their attention and hold it longer.Phone number and name bigger and I would put powerwashing or softwashing on it big somewhere also.My .02

Chris, definitely use a darker shade on the sign. It will be nearly impossible to read while driving by.

The flyer is ok, but I would use either different or sharper graphics.

Getting the flyer designed professionally will go a long way. It will pay for itself many times over.

true working with local company they charge about 75 dollars hour for graphics

I just had a local designer make a flyer for me front and back. If you want I'll email it to you. It's to big to post here. That way you can see the difference it makes.

I know it seems like a lot of money, but it will be paid for in one or two jobs. Then you'll have it forever. If you want to change it, it won't be nearly as expensive as the original design.
