Residential I get more calls for roof cleaning than anything else. Commercial flatwork and hoa work

I answered house wash but getting more and more inquiries about roofs. I've done roofs on about half the houses I washed this year and it is a pain in the ass with the ladder work, the pre-soak, etc. but it's almost doubling the money and I'm built to do it with pump and 200' of hose. So far I've been lucky and have gotten good $ for roof work but the ones I have failed to sell don't think the price is worth it. I go into the whole diatribe about the cost of roof replacement, prolonging life span, etc. but it is still a tough sell. especially when I'm also trying to sell it with no rinse. Hopefully, next year I can answer roof for this poll because I think that if you get the roof, you get the house wash too but I don't think that if you get the house, you will get the roof also. Just a few months into this so that is my very, very humble opinion.

I would vote house/concrete.....I am interested in getting into the roof work but still dont understand how people are cleaning such steep pitches.

By using the right size nozzle tips that will allow you to shoot your mix 30-40 ft.
You also need a dedicated pump system to deliver the mix.
