Wet Sandblasting - Pool Tile / General

Looking for actual experiences with sand-media nozzle jobs.

I know it must be the perfect answer for some things - right now I want to remove the water stains from the tiles in the swimming pool. I've heard glass bead and I know there are companies that make specific media. Does this work and is it fast and easy? My plan would be to put a sump inthe bottom of the pool and pump the media back out and reuse while working.

I also thought about a mobile service - Roll out a mat, pop up a tent and bring pieces inside and blast'em, stuff thats really difficult to prep any other way.

Any info on media, different nozzles, uses for wet blasting etc appreciated.

If you use sand I would expect to rip up the tile! Soda would be my choice or acid.

It seems like the wet blasting would have some unique attributes. Glass bead is what I have heard for tile, I guess I'm just going to have to get the setup and go experiment at the mother-in-laws house.

Good place to start...you know she will tell you how it is!

You cannot reuse the media. It must be completely dry to syphon through the tube.
