Wheatgrass, Is a great atioxident, and it is rich with amino acids, b vitamins, and potassium, unfortuently it tastes like wet dog. But it has been proven to Help lower cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, and increase energy and stamina. it also naturally can detoxify your body and clean your colon.

To mask the flavor I would mix 1 or 2 scoops of it, in my protein powder, and it would mask the flavor pretty well.

Depending on your fitness goals weatgrass, along side, some great ALA's and a good workout routine, and diet, you can really lose some weight, and your joints will feel very lubricated

We tried to start it in December but a bunch of guys wanted to have their Christmas pig-out and didn't join. Well, it's the New Year.

No more excuses!

The competition is private. You have to join to keep updated. Having other guys around the country trash-talking and competing really helps you stay focused. Having a little cash on the line helps, too.

Anybody that wants to compete just sign up on WLW, send me a Friend Request and I'll send you an invitation.

It costs $10 to WLW to enter a competition and send Florin $20 to put in the prize pot.

The rules are on the site. I'll get my pic up asap.
