We did it!
We hit all our goals for the year from visiting places we wanted to see to growing our company. We will be sitting down with our employees and setting new goals after the new year. We did so well we are taking our (head) employees and there spouses to a nice island getaway in Feb. That should kick off the year nicely!!
Im glad we can do that for them.

Congrats on getting where you wanted to as a company.

Thats a good procedure to follow setting your goals for the year. It keeps you on track and motivated to achieve them. I got away from that for a while and it was amazing the effect it had on my business, I just got too complacent.
 
Congrats on reaching your goal!

It is amazing what a show of appreciation does to motivate (good) employees. :) Also, I have found myself much more productive when I have a goal set. I pay attention to what I am doing more than I normally would. Instead of working towards 5 pm I work towards getting my goal done.

It does do wonders for moral and keeps us like a big family. My employees look out for the good of the company and our customers(most of the time). We give bonuses to our employees if we hit our numbers in the working season and that alone keeps everybody working. Sometimes 14hr days!!!!
