Waste water filteration

While I was heading out to start a job yesterday I seen a truck that was pulling a square style tank, I have seen hundreds of these driving around but yesterday this one was painted and had a sign on it with a phone number I called the company and they specialize in filteration of waste water and can build anything, they are all over the USA. I thought about the people that are doing parking garages and need something built, they also rent these units, just wanted to share it with you all, here is the link http://www.bakercorp.com/

Those, I've seen in person.. .at least the ones I saw .. were big expensive SandFilters being rented by the Marine Corps.
They were on temporary rental while we built a 200gpm instant-filtration system for a 4-bay "equipment" wash-rack on Camp Pendelton.
Ours had sand filters, cartridge filters, bag filters, and the largest carbon filters I have ever installed.. 1000 lbs each.
I was told that in 4 months, our system paid for itself, in savings over what they were paying for the "rental" tanks.

Thanks for the link Matthew,

Jerry that system sound large, you should highlight those type of build on your website

I agree, people out there are searching for all kinds of things, if someone needs something like that but does not see it on your site then they might not think you build them and they might not have time to call every vendor out there or might be searching after hours and when they find a company that makes them, that is who they will call as a start but I am sure that you know that Jerry.

An employee "lost" a big picture-book many years ago.. before we went all digital..
Those photos and many others are lost.
I agree I need to get more of the custom-stuff in there.

Hey Jerry do you have any returned or cancel set-ups that you might be selling? I liked that trailer setup you showed at one of those Roundtables but for now that's a bit out of my price range.. Here is the link to that one on YouTube

What I have is a water separator with four different level micron filters on it and a 20 ft customize enclosed trailer . In there I will have my Swabby machine along with a 10 gpm 3500 psi hot water PW. I'm looking to get a pretty powerful vac set-up and the first thing I'm looking for is a used set-up with minimal amount of hours on it.. If you have any one of those I might be interested and if you don't have that I am looking for a pretty big vac to handle my 48 inch Swabby machine and also do you still sell that lawnmower rider set-up that was démodé at Paul Kassandra's RT.. Bob Schmitt from NY recommended me to contact you.

You can send me some info if you want to my email clncounty@aol.com

Thanks,
John T.

Nigel, I believe that the Swabby is just a shell and in the back is a "U" channel squeegee with a vacuum port to vacuum up the wash water. It will not pick up everything if you move backwards so you have to always keep moving forward but you can turn and it will still capture the wash water.

There are only a few brands out there with the dual shell, Mosmatic, Lubova, Jerry's Sirocco, Steel Eagle and then all the companies that make the smaller tile and grout vacuum surface cleaners utilize the dual shell with some differences in design and pickup.

Vac pickup only from the back is efficient with respect the small amount of vac power thats needed, but if you are on an incline and your forward speed is not fast enough , the wash water will get away.

Hit us up John, what you looking for.
