Washing U.S. Mail Trucks

I have the opportunity to bid on washing the outside and cleaning the inside of 60 route delivery mail trucks. These are the small white trucks seen in neighborhoods. The trucks will be cleaned on the inside monthly( dirt, leaves, etc.). Should be able to just blow out with leaf blower. I think the outside of the trucks will be washed quarterly.
I've check the search feature and looked at some previous posts with no help. Any help or suggestions on pricing would be greatly appreciated.

3500 psi. 5.5 gal minute alkota hot water unit, 3500. 4gal minute cold water unit. I'm going to buy the Sirocco PEV 2 water recorvery system in the near future I also have two surface cleaners 24" and a 16". Have been mostly been doing flat work and houses. First step into fleet washing.
 
I've been getting all the material I could from the Ga. EPD. With the water shortage we have here in the state, where you can wash changes from area to area and I also want to meet the guidelines for reclaiming water also.
