I have to warn you guys about the free washing. I have 5 sales people out in the field and its expensive for me to put them in front of customers.
Often we use this as lead getting, often we wash stuff for low cost and nothing happens. (not often) but it does happen.
I also have trucks throughout my city so when i wash a place i'm close and my costs are not what a one man show might be.
Another factor, Your a one man crew??? you might be washing a 99 building and miss a 10,000 job. I have five others and myself to handle and take care of any calls.
Please, consider these things when attempting this marketing.
