Such a scam.

Ive ordered a few things from them before and everything has been of fair quality. Went to order some more bus. card magnets earlier. As I was checking out I clicked on one of the countless things they offer you. Well when you click on that stuff it automatically bill you and process your order. Ticked me off. When looking for how to cancel or change an order it tells you "were sorry we dont cancel or change orders" So after digging around I finally found a phone # to call. Called the first time and they agree to change the order BUT Ill have to call back in 30 minutes because the card is still being processed. BS! I hang up and call right back and tell them we can cancel half of it now or well cancel the whole damn thing in 30 minutes.

Then it was no problem. They even gave me the extra 1000 magnets Id clicked on for free. Ill be watching my statement though.

Scammers. Just playing the numbers. Counting of folks to be to lazy to call and chew their a** out!

Had to get that out!

Sounds like they are trying to make it right if they are giving you the mags for free.
I have never had a problem with them. I like them.

It does however seem to be more work these days to get good old fashion customer service from alot of companies out there.

Guess that's what you have to deal with living in the days of the "Jetsons".

Jane, Jane, stop this crazy thing..... Jaaaaaaaaane.

I've used Vista Print for years. Once they screwed up a print job, they not only replaced my order and shipped it overnight, but applied a $200.00 credit to my account.

Similar to other websites, they try to up sell you after the initial sale. Just need to skip all the high profit up sells. Like when you buy a new car or truck, only a fool falls for the extended warranty, glass etching, tire protection plans, ect.

That extended warranty the "producer" (that is the industry term used as a title for anyone that works a desk in the finance department in an auto dealership, who, by the way make well over $100,00 a year ripping customers off) that extended warranty costs the dealership $399.00. They charge the customer $1000's. The customer can purchase a better quality extended warranty after market for wholesale rates.

I tried a order with them ... I accidently clicked something....wasn't right.... called said they said the couldnt cancel....
I called a couple of time finally agreed to cancel the order..... didnt get the product because I cancelled... but I still got charged...... I dont need to buy from anyone that make it a game to get their product..it could be free I still wouldnt buy from these guys.

edit: for those of you that have good luck with them I am happy for you.

Sorry you had a bad experience.

We just ordered postcards from them and didn't have any issues.
I didn't like having to keep clicking through all of the "Would you like to add this"..."What about this"...or "Maybe this". Annoying, but I just kept declining.
Everything else went smoothly.

Oh ive ordered things from them before and didnt have any problems. Ill probably order something from them again.

I just thought it was slick how they play the odds that most people wont call on something like that. I called the second time and she IMMEDIATELY doubled my order. I didnt even raise hell really. Maybe I should have. Might have got a t shirt or something.

Im still gonna keep an eye on my bank statement. I wouldnt put it past them charging for the extra.

Just use GotPrint.com and skip the drama!
