VIRTUAL Round Table Meeting!

Many folks have a hard time getting out for several reasons....
In the winter the weather can be bad.
The drive time can be discouraging.
Or, maybe you wish you could meet with others who are farther away.

NOW you CAN! Announcing the first VIRTUAL Round Table Meeting! Rod and I will be hosting it on Sunday, January 26th from 2pm until either 3pm or 4pm if people hang on that long.

Anyone interested in logging in for this event should email me.
beth@seedirtrun.com and I'll send you an email back with the invitation and login link. We'll be using conferencing software that will allow us to meet and work together. This week I'll work on getting the conference call info together as well.

The license will allow a total of 25 users to login to the system for the meeting. This is a tool I have worked with for several years, and it is truly wonderful for meeting when attendees are scattered to the four corners so to speak.

We're looking forward to hearing from you.

lol... it's before the game. But it can be moved to Saturday if need be.
 
is this a phone thing, or internet? If internet based, does it allow the use of cameras?
 
It's both phone and internet based. I'll look to see if cams will work, I know with some of the paid versions they do, but I don't know if the trial version allows for it or not. It's going to be held using Placeware.

The trial licnese is good until January 30th. So, we need to do it before then. Wednesdays are out for us. Any other evening is good. Post what works for you, and the date and time can change accordingly.

For a guy who professes weekends are out, you sure post a lot on a Saturday!
