The Van is in excellent shape and its the FORD EXTENDED CARGO SUPER DUTY E-350 van with the desirable sliding door and AIR CONDITION!! It has some shelving and a few other goodies. It does have 164,000 on the Triton V8 engine. This engine has an excellent engine rating and it runs like a cat. It has a Generator on it which was replaced a couple of years ago with a new one because the other one didn't work right. I think I got it fixed under warranty. Its rated at 4.8gpm @ 3000psi. and probably worth today in the neighborhood of $3000 if not more.
The hose reels are from Delco and there the stackable ones. They cost in the neighborhood of $500 or so dollars with the rack. The 200gal. Water tank in the Van is brand new and it has the medal straps and is bolted to the flloor. I'll even throw in a pretty beaten up Big guy 30" Surface cleaner that works fine..but looks like hell.
I'm an honorable person and whoever makes the offer first and there willing to give me a $500 deposit to hold it for them...then its sold. I'm staying firm on the $8500.
