Not worth it IMO. just put a new one on there, its not worth the risk.

I agree just replace much easier than a repair....that being said I have repaired them in the field when in a pinch. You do have a nice vset of assorted o-rings?

I have a bunch of Viton o-rings but only 1/4 and 3/8.. where do you see o-ring on this valve, the seal is kinda plastic to me. This one goes to the trash.

Any valves that are not bulky and too heavy, but strong enough to handle 3200-3500PSI hot water?

The one above is very common for its small size, but it's not made for over 3050PSI.. Not that I get that pressure after the coil and 200-250ft of hose, but it would be nice to have more reliable and safe valve...
