hi all,
i asked this question in the general forum as well, but also would like to hear from distributors.

does anyone know of a good two-stepping machine? it allows you to change soaps on the fly, without carrying hoses or buckets around. I found one online called the proswitcher, at www.proswitcher.com. any advice on this one or others?

thanks,

This device could turn any pressure washer into a 2 step machine, but, unless your current machine is designed to pump acid, it would HAVE to be downstreamed. True 2 step machines ( Largo, Chemex, etc. ) are set up to tolerate acids and have a hose that is encased in a double sleeve. The second sleeve is a conduit for wires to run from the switches on the gun to the controls on the machine. I worked on a 2 stepper many years ago that was sequentially pulse controlled. Squeeze the gun, you get acid. Squeeze again, you get alkali, squeeze again for rinse. It must have been a pain to operate, though. You had to stay on the gun once you selected the cycle you want, or trigger it 3 times to take a break so it would cycle through and get you back to where you were.

I wish more people would do this. Anyone reading this, try this next time. It would be great to get more distributors interested in the board.......
