The demo wasn't showing him cleaning,.it was showing him simply moving slop. A ball valve would have been more effective for what he was doing. The true effect of a rotating nozzles wasn't evident.

Definitely gonna test the quality of any swivel.

Looks like it could work, with the right angle to get the rotation speed just right. It'd be fun to make and test.
