Truck Wash Soaps

There are a lot of variables to consider, what kind of machines do you have, what kind of trucks are you washing, how fast do you want to wash, what system are you going to use, how often will the trucks be washed, etc....

Not trying to avoid your question but there are some things to consider before choosing a truck wash soap.

There are a lot of vendors that sell almost the same thing and the price can vary up to 3 times the price between them.

There are a lot of vendors that sell garbage and will lie to you in your face to sell a product.

There are a lot of products that work ok in truck wash bays and automated systems that will not work good out in the field so understand that there is no "this soap will wash it all" out there, there are some good soaps but some are too strong sometimes and most are too weak all the time.

Tell us more about what you want to wash.
 
I buy my soap from Paul or Bill at powerwashstore.com and it costs around $30-$40 per drum. Works great for 1 or 2 step soap and mixes really well.

Try Russ or Brad Jarmin if you have to buy on online much easier if you can get it locally or just blend it yourself.
I about for got about Hydro chems they are buy far the cheapest on that brown soap if you go that direction.They also have a remote that i use works very well.The range is 1200 feet no problems here with it.
 
Hal, how much is Hydro Chem remote?
 
Put a valve on the end of the wand and switch it that way you still have to drop the pressure to draw unless you upstream and i wouldnt run sh through my pump.

Hal, have you tried this with a zero degree nozzle for spraying the eaves and peaks of 2 and 3 story houses? I would think that you would would lose too much pressure to shoot up that high unless I am wrong. Tell me if you have used this for spraying up high.

When i spray that high i will use a 0040 usually for my high soap its a 0080.With the 0080 you get a really good pressure drop and it draws really well.A 0030 will not draw very well but it will still pull for the max height but minimal draw.
 
To make sure I understand you Hal, you spray soap with the 0080 for up high and rinse with the 0040?

I am a little bit confused.

I use a 0050 for spraying soap up high and it works great and get great distance.

If you are using the wand you are talking about, what 2 nozzles are in it for house washing?

Michael, give me a call tomorrow afternoon or Monday and we can figure out what's best for your needs. I have several truck soaps depending on what your wanting and your methods of cleaning the trucks. I have been cleaning trucks for 12 years also so I know a lil bout washing a truck. Lol

Also most all of mine can ship either in drum kits, mixed drums, buckets, or bulk kits.
