Trailer plumbing!!!

Sizing Hose Barbs for flowDynamics

quality fittings are fine, oversized allows easier fit too.
Brass is certainly best but not always available.. That' why I special order the brass..
It is worth the wait, but for faster access I've had to also get better plastic backUp.

With less flow restrictions in a system.. the cavitation is reduced, making I easier to seal against connections, especially HoseBarbs
Serviceability, and reliability work together, so in our work, knowing how to use both is required.

Bypass lines for 4gpm.. 3/8" 5-6gpm 1/2" 7-8 gpm 5/8" 9-12gpm 3/4"

Update my machine is up and running flawless so far but I'm going to go with a bigger inlet hose my line running now is 2" reduced to a 1' filter and inlet hose. I'm also going to double feed the pump thanks for all of the advise. Now I how to learn how to mix chemicals

Thanks jerry looks like I'm replumbing my finished plumbing from today. Those plumbing jobs are sweet. Like how you auto feed the hose to pump thru a tee. Great idea. 14 more trips to tractor supply should do it.

for y'all with time on your side..
I stock a HUGE selection of adapters and fittings so you don't have to make 20 trips to Tractor Supply..
As your "Favorite supplier"..

Got a link to those kits yet?

I'd like to have the banjo fittings and some supply line to quick connect/disconnect the filter in between the buffer tank and pump for starters.

I have a 4 gal a minute belt drive Pressure Pro. Have it connected to a tank, gravity fed. Outlet of tank is 2 " then down to 3/4 " to pres. washer. Length of 3/4 " is app 1 1/2 ft. Total length is app. 2 1/2 ft. Tank outlet is app. 5 inches above p. washer inlet. Should I have enough water feeding the washer?

Hello ?,

Your tank to pump orientation is perfect(tank outlet located higher than pump inlet)! The 3/4" line may be enough and if not, You will know the pump is starving the first time you try it. If so, You will need to feed both sides of the pump by using a tee.

How about a name???

All the best,
Mike

Thank you for the information provided. I just started having problems with plumbing not so long ago. Your work has allowed me to emphasize a few ideas for my future design.
Although it would be stupid to take on such a difficult thing as plumbing alone, I have a company in mind. Maybe someone knows https://www.plumbersingapore.org/services/? I want to order the installation of pipes from them. Perhaps someone used their services and could give an assessment or a review.
I will be very grateful if someone responds.
