Trailer Brakes

Ahhh how nice to have new trailer brakes, always nice to be able to stop. I found it cheaper to put in (2) new complete 7000lb axels with brakes and bearing repak than just do the brakes and bearings.

No matter how u look at it it's always a Grand to get 2 axel's done, I had one bent axel so i kept the other as a spare, the Beast lives to roll again, and best of all STOP.

The King Ranch is heavy enough to stop my trailer no problem so I held off, but after replacing everything it's really a big difference. Just put new tires on the truck as well, so far I love them 275/65/20 BFG TA KO's Great tire very quite 3ply side walls E rated with a pretty aggressive tread.

Good to know for the next time I get stuck in some swampy nasty mess.

Yeah no problem, thats what I was thinking when I bought them......Meatball.....lol

Well I am a Toyo guy but everything I read about the BFG's was positive, and they say they are a high mileage tire so will see.
