This Titan plastic hose reel swivel is still going strong after 6 months.
No leaks, drips, etc.
This was a prototype sent to us for testing by Titan.
It has seen daily use of an average of two roofs a day, and has NEVER been rinsed. :eek:
We do NOT rinse our equipment and pumps.
Why ?
Because I have been trying to find a system that does not need it.

why not rinse?
do you use different machine to apply soap and rinse?
 
I mainly only clean roofs, and my equipment is dedicated to that.
One day, I decided I did not want to rinse, and discovered my employees were not doing it anyway.
And so I decided to TRY and design a roof cleaning system that would hold up w/o rinsing it out after every job.
I have succeeded, but it is still always better to rinse.
Sure, my hose reel internals and swivels go out after 6 to 8 months, but to me, that is acceptable.
When you figure the price of wasted chemicals, and the hassles of rinsing, to ME, it is worth it.
Also, NOT rinsing affords me the opportunity to "torture test" roof cleaning equipment.
Most people know if it holds up for Apple, it will last them a long time.
