9gpm 3500psi two gun.

If I spray with a 25045 with one gun I get 4.5gpm at 25degrees?
if i spray with 25090 with one gun i get 9gpm at 25 degrees?
If I spray 25090 with two guns? 4.5gpm with both spraying and Ill get flow fluctuations when the other gun stops and goes?

Can I put on a 25025 and get a similar experience as a home store pressure washer that does 3500 at 2.5gpm.

Maybe somebody can set me straight.

Gee I don't know, you've confused me....Lol!

#1...Why split flow on a 9 gpm unit?

#2...If you do split flow and get off one gun, psi & flow will spike to other gun...so yes.

#3... Unless the "home store pressure washers" pump is rated for 3500 @ 2.5 gpm....
 
Ok Russ Ill probably call you tomorrow and you can try again lol.

Why split flow? because I can then have two 4.5 at 3500s.

And most home center units are closer to the 3000psi usually but you get the idea. And my thought on that is if I run the SC into a corner, I have to go back and clean with the wand. 9gpm into a corner = me covered in nasty. If Im just hitting a little line or a corner I would rather have in essence an artist's brush rather than a paint roller (metaphor)

To respond to Guy's #2. Will flow spike and drop if I am using the 4.5 tip? If I am only putting 4.5 gpm through the gun and then the other gun goes at 4.5 I dont see where the drop would be.

I got the unit from Russ, killer machine btw. And he has been great.

Psi will spike, flow will be 4.5 hence the nozzle size, unloader will by-pass extra flow when running one gun.
