I did a 3 story hotel roof like that but they were grey tiles and used a SC. I had to keep the price down and time was an issue.

Time is money..but,...I have done them like that in the past and I can honestly tell you that cleaning tile roofs, flat or barrel tile, chemically is way faster, easier on the roof and your body.
