Tile roof cleaning Pearland, TX

Here's the 14,000 sqft tile roof I posted about last week. We had to lighten the before picture a little bit, because it was barely light outside when we took it, so the color is a little off. But the roof looks the same.

Looks great!:) Gotta love fall in south Texas, still in the mid 80's. Looks like you did it on the right day, from the looks of the flags on the second pic you would be fighting some serious wind.
Did you get a smaller trailer this time? It looks shorter than the one that was stolen.
 
Looks good, how long did it take you to do that one?

It took us 3 days. and 2 of the 3 were ferocious winds. But man, the weather was awesome. we alos did the gaurd shacks and bell towers near the front.

Nope, its another 12', but is is 5' wide instead of 6'.
 
Great job Scott. Tile Roof looks much Cleaner. How many sq ft of tile did you Clean? 3 days? :confused: Sounds like a big job! Keep up the great work! :)

The building was 14,000 sqft and the gaurd shack and bell towers were probably another 1,000 so about 15,000 total.

But, im still not very comfortable walking on tile roofs, so I was taking my time, and then the equipment problems, and so on. We are pretty slow right now, so I would rather take my time and do it right than try and rush through it. Like I said before, this company has 300 properties and we are the first and only roof cleaning company they have ever used, so I wanted to make a good impression.
 
Thats alot of sq footage. Tile roofs can be a bit intimidating if your not used to them. You did a great job Scott. I'm sure they will have you doing more work. :)
