Hear are some pictures of a Tile Roof we Cleaned in Palm Harbor Fl yesturday. This was a natural LT gray Concrete Tile Roof that was last cleaned aprox 7 yrs ago. This Roof was charcoal black on the backside of the House. This Roof was Cleaned using a Safe Non pressure Cleaning method and one good rain will rinse off the dead mold and algea residue and the Tiles will look like brand new. I actually ran out of material and had to go back today to Clean their Driveway and Pool Deck and Enclosure but forgot to bring my camera with me. The Pool Enclosure was full of pine needles and mold. I wish I had my camera cause it came out nice. Oh well, at least we did snap off a couple of the front of the house yesturday as we were leaving. I just picked up an 8953 sq ft Tile Roof and Pavered Pool Deck and Driveway for next Wed. The guy just bought the house for 1.8 million and is spending $90k to have it remodeled. The House is HUGE! I'll post pick of that one when I do it.
I checked when I was there today and not even a burnt leaf on any bushes. My wife does a hell of a job as a ground person.
