Threat at a Thanksgiving party!

Oh boy. Just got back from a good party at a families house. One of their Brothers strags up late as usual bringing his jail record persona with him. He is Spanish so he thinks because he was in a high profile gang and acts like he is in Crenshaw in cali that he is a tough guy. Well he got on to this kid in a way and scared him. The Father said be careful because one day he may just knock you out. He said I do not take that from any of my nieces or nephews. That he would cut their fingers off...he said this to the Father. Can you believe that crap? What a prick...
 
I think I would have had a serious man to man talk with homey, and let him realize that even gang members respect family.
 
yeah the gang wont be able to save him there.
 
I plan on stopping by his "Hood" tomorrow before I stop for an estimate. Either way it will not take long if there is one pop off of the mouth. I may be in trouble, so please bail me out someone lol.
 
Family or not, if ANYONE mentioned cutting off my sons fingers as a threat, Id challenge him to go ahead and try it on me first.

When you see him tomorrow, ask him when was the last time he had a good ole' country a** whoopin'.
Sounds to me thats what he needs.

Why was this fool allowed to attend a family Thanksgiving if it's a known problem? And why didnt anyone remove him immediatly :scratchhead: Threats like that to a child should never been tolerated.

The kids were from ages 4-10. Imagine that. The place we were at was his Dads house, but he thinks he has free reign in life I guess. He thinks cause he was in a spanish gang and spent 3.5 years in jail that it makes him a tough guy. My Wife does not want me to go because it is her Brother, but I am like what will he do? Get mad and get beat down? :nhl_checking: He needs to be checked!!!
 
well he needs to come here to East Tennessee, and get a good ole country boy attitude adjustment, and if that dont work I have 5 Hells Angels in my family and for a case of beer they would cut more off then his fingers... man I cant believe the attitude of these punks any more!

Let me know where to direct this gentleman lol. I think he thinks his spanish gangs are something to be feared as if we have not had gangs in America before the Latin ones? As if? :blink:
 
I don't care how much of a badass he thinks he is, you don't let someone like tht threaten a kid, his father should have done something or you should have right then and there or had the police let him spend the nite in jail where he belongs.

It sucks when people stick up for trash like that because it is their family and they don't want anything bad to happen to them but they are the bad ones causing trouble.

It didn't sound like he had his gang there to help him out, he should be spending the nite in jail for not only threatening minors but also adults too. You let them get away with that crap then it will only get worse.
 
If the punk in question just spent 3-4yrs behind bars and was released in the past year or so he is most likely still on probation or parole. Report the incident to his parole officer or probation officer. If this fails to work then I would just call Daniel and and do it his way. :butcher:
 
Well, I'm glad everyone here can talk tough. I'd say proceed with caution dude. If you "disrespect" him, it could spell trouble for you or your family. Gang members are brainwashed as to who their real family is. I know a lot about gangs as my pop was the head of the gang unit in Mpls for over a dozen years. Dangerous folks who have nothing to live for, and nothing to lose. Do you??

These are Punk's, I dont know about you but this wouldn't have happened at my table. I have been around ass wipes like this before and if he was a tough guy he would have made threats to the adults. Instead he directed it at little kids. I think things would have been different if he was sitting at your table and told your kid he would cut off there fingers.
 
Nick, I'm not defending this douche bags conduct. I'm simply telling jimmy to be careful defending this kid's honor. Gang bangers KILL people. A bullet doesn't care how tough you are, or how good your intentions were, or how righteous you are. Did you read the story I linked to? Imagine Jimmy giving this guy a beat down, then his homies taking it out on his wife or kids.... They don't give a rats azz about right or wrong, it's all about perceived "respect" to them or their gang.

Hey Mike I know you mean well, but I cant beleive that you nor I would be able to stand by and let something like that happen while sitting down to break bread with our families at thanksgiving or any time for that matter.

True, but..... I wouldn't resort to anything that would make this person want to retaliate against me or my loved one's. I would have simply told this fool to leave my home and not come back until he learned to respect his family. A beat down would most likely escalate the violence with unfortunate consequences.

I have to agree with this one....Ya know what? It sounds more like this little punk is just all mouth and trying to act tough anyway. Forgetabout it! Just don't invite him anymore. Tell him to spend his Holiday's with his punk ass friends. Maybe Someday he will see the light!
 
If you don't want to handle it yourself then just call 911 and tell the cops that he is threatening kids with cutting their fingers off and is intoxicated, very simple. Nobody has to know who dialed the 911 then everyone there can tell the cops what happened then he goes to jail and if he is on probation then he might go right back to prison.
