I sincerely hope he finds the knowledge to know that PW a roof is frowned upon in our industry. I soft wash cleaned my own roof as an experiment and the roof was awesome. I learned everything from PWI, however, if I would have read more before starting, I would not have killed my wife's azaleas because I failed to have a ground guy continuously watering the area. And boy was she some upset!!! LOL. I learned from my mistake, maybe he will learn from his.
 
How I look at this stuff guys is use it for a template to educate your customers. We get so focused on selling them our services that we forget that NOBODY wants to be sold to! Have a brochure that says what their video is titled instead of the typical "Here is why we're the best roof cleaners".

Expert Villiage may suck at cleaning roofs, but they whoop some arse at marketing.

It's unfortunate but there are lots of people just like this and believe that's you are supposed to clean a roof. In my area of town it seems a lot of the competition uses "low pressure." haha. I try to point this people in the direction of A-R-C-A or the RCIA. The I point their potential customers in the direction of my site.
www.roofcleaningdayton.com. These kind of people give roof cleaning a bad rap, it's sad to see people sooo clueless.
 
And dont forget, if you fall off the roof your gonna fall further than the ground?
