All Travel for 2013 GSA is Canceled

They even Cancelled a Military EXPO they hold.


Some may think this is great to reduce costs, we need programs cut not the day to day operations.


40% of military operations? So now we have people standing around being paid to do what?
 
The geniuses on the inferior board never thought to think about this while they were whining about the EPA people cancelling.

Somehow I was able to sneak into their books like G. Gordon Liddy and his watergate buddies and find the names of all John and Jim's EpA contacts and call them and, using my national political influence, get them to cancel a trip to Las Vegas for a garage cleaning event.

Yeah, that's it.

That makes a lot more sense than simple budget cutting and trip cancellations. lol.

Just makes no common sense were they are cutting. Its almost like they are trying to prove a point about raising taxes again. So many other programs need cutting way before these. Just shows what morons we have at the helm of this country.
 
Almost can sense an uprising comming soon! I think the gun companies made more profits this past few months than the oil companies.
 
I think Jim is right. There is another agenda here.
 
Mike learned today he will likely be cut to four days a week, no pay for day 5. He was told he's not allowed to get a second job. (?!?!?) And no travel. (He makes about 3x his normal pay when he travels.) Needless to say, this all cuts pretty deep into our family's budget.

EXACTLY! They have money to pay these extra folks who are on orders to stand around and drink coffee. Mike, who has been employed full-time at his military job, will be cut at least two days a month and he's a key player in their operations. But he's a technician. Required to be in the National Guard to work there, but not paid through military money.

Tony if I was you I'd just take credit for it. And while your at it take credit for the whole government cutback too.
 
Its silly, same with the post office. If the demand of delivery was down I could see cutting a Day. But just backing up the load inst going to save money. They will just work overtime to get it done.

Government spending/waste absolutely infuriates me. It's why I quit my job as communciations director for a not-for-profit that was spending millions in Medicaid funds so they could waste it on frivilous stuff, exhorbitant stuff -- like sending our BOD of physicians to a 5-star retreat in Idaho every year, or spending half a million to produce a TV commercial.

Tony, if you can accomplish with the EPA what you did in such a short amount of time, get 7 EPA officials to change their mind, I hereby invite you to come to Houston for 1 hour. Forget Ron. I want you here. It can be a quick day trip.

I hear you about the post office and I have a simple solution for that....

Put 2 routes on every delivery person...

Route one gets their mail on Mon, Wed and Fri
Route two gets their mail on Tues, Thurs and Sat

What does that accomplish?

You need half the mail carriers. You need half the vehicles.....

Saves more than cutting out one day of deliveries.
 
It just amazes me the crap that they think up over there when something happens, it is always from people over here, no matter what, it is the people over here that did it.

When you ask for proof, just lots of misdirection and changing the subjects. What is more funny is the people that blindly believe them like they speak the gospel. Wow.

No matter what Tony can say, instantly it is changed around to fit whatever John's needs are for blaming Tony about something or the UAMCC or whatever he chooses. It can be here in print but it will be turned around and try to make Tony into the bad guy, just amazing what they think of and how others just blindly believe the lies and nonsense.
