The man's name is Adam M. Mueller AKA Ademo Freeman, one of the founders of CopBlock.org who is responsible for a lot of the videos depicting constitutional abuses by police. The Judge's name is Edward J. Burke of Keene, NH.
He was arrested on June 29 on charges of "Improper Influence".

Here is the legal definition of "Improper Influence" according to New Hampshire law -
I. A person is guilty of a class B felony if he:
(a) Threatens any harm to a public servant, party official or voter with the purpose of influencing his action, decision, opinion, recommendation, nomination, vote or other exercise of discretion; or
(b) Privately addresses to any public servant who has or will have an official discretion in a judicial or administrative proceeding any representation, argument or other communication with the purpose of influencing that discretion on the basis of considerations other than those authorized by law; or
(c) Being a public servant or party official, fails to report to a law enforcement officer conduct designed to influence him in violation of subparagraph (a) or (b) hereof.
II. ""Harm'' means any disadvantage or injury, to person or property or pecuniary interest, including disadvantage or injury to any other person or entity in whose welfare the public servant, party official, or voter is interested, provided that harm shall not be construed to include the exercise of any conduct protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution or any provision of the federal or state constitutions.
This law was put in place to prevent bribing or threatening judges into making court decisions. "Considerations other than those authorized by law" specifically means bribes and the statute goes on to specifically EXEMPT simply talking to someone as a means of "harm" when it adds the last underlined section above.
It's pretty simple and it is an outright abuse of power for a judge to try to stretch this into a means to lock up a citizen.
Here is the police report. The once the man was in custody the judge realized how stupid it would be to claim he was threatened when he clearly was not, so he went charge shopping and found "improper influence" to charge him with and said he "misspoke" when he said he was "threatened"

And before anybody goes off on the issue of "these guys were jerks for wearing hats in the courtroom in the first place, I might remind you that the trial of William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania, was a talking point of the founders when they were authoring the constitution. When Jurors refused to convict Penn for the crime of publicly speaking about things against the king the judge imprisoned him anyway......for wearing a hat in the courtroom.

I can't find any conclusion to this case so I assume he is still out after a few days in jail and posting $5000 bail.
Since then, while investigating this case of excessive force
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/10/05/police-excessive-force-in_n_996223.html Adam was arrested again, this time for "wiretapping".
Adam is currently facing up to 21 years in prison and his case is going before the supreme court for making this video. He was charged with felony wire-tapping for recording the phone conversations. Contrast that with all the conversations TMZ puts out of celebrities talking stupid on the phone to their relatives. This is another clear case of misuse of power.
I'm sure there are plenty of boot lickers out there who love to see these activists "get what they deserve" for disrupting the courts and interfering with the police.
There were plenty of guys like that in 1774 also, they were called Tories. And thankfully the patriots forgave them after the revolution and allowed them to live peacefully among those who had fought and lost family members for the freedom the Tories lived to enjoy.
Maybe once we regain freedom again you boot lickers will be forgiven and will be able to enjoy true freedom again, as before, on the backs of real patriots who were willing to be imprisoned or die to gain it.
