Over the last few months weve compiled a long list of apartment complexes here in Arkansas. Basically we found them all on google maps and called them all. Most of them we were able to get fax numbers for and for about half of them we were able to find out what management company they were under.
Now, Im calling them to find out a little more info mainly how many buildings and how many units. Our plan is to put as many estimates in these peoples hands as possible.
The funniest part is I can call and I dont have a lot of trouble finding out what I want to know But Katie can call and these women dont like it at all!
Its a good thing weve got a few months!
