I wonder if the kids that threw it just thought it would bleach their clothes. Surely they didnt know any better.

I am sure they didn't know the exact reprocussions of their prank. But it did state that after they hit him with the water balloon in the face they proceeded to squirt him with bleach filled water guns. Just stupid.

Kids don't read warnings. But I do strongly feel that ignorance doesn't automatically mean they are innocent. :butcher:

I do hope the kid that was hurt has a quick and complete recovery.
