Thinking outside the box

So I am contemplating developing an app for android. it would probably be something designed for pressure washing, but since I would sell it, I am thinking that it would need it to to be flexible enough to support any industry, or at least any cleaning industry. What types of things would you want included in an app. I would probably need some eople to beta test it...and would likely pick people from PWI or TGS.
Here are some of the things I would think would be essential.
Customer, contact information, standard things like that.
A tickle calendar that would remind someone when it was time to contact the customer, or potential customer
A conversation record
A Pricing schedule so we can remember what each custonmer is charged, since every job differs
A customer track record, or PIA record
referral record, ore referral tree showing everyone that had a hand in referring someone.
Maybe a location to put a picture of the property on the android device.
service sschedule.
personal information record.

Any other suggestions?

Scott for reference -- If you can get your hands on a iphone or a ipod touch, check out the "GlassRenu" app. We use it for bidding scratch removal job estimating. This thing is awesome!

Here is a video of it:

Although its different from your concept, its just awesome. Gps knows where you are, takes you through the whole bid process, saves the bid, emails the bid.. its really cool.. You can see all the features on the above video. Its coming to android from what I hear by the end of the year.

Not sure what your coding skills are, but if they are limited like mine you may want to check out this:

It allows anyone to make an app on the quick. Good luck, Ill be interested in seeing it.

I have subscribed. Hopefully I will get an invitation in a short amount of time. They are working it like gmail, so I have to get an invitation before I can start using the program.

I got one today, too. I have a couple of huge bid to work on. Think at least 5 zeros, then I will be able to play with developing an app.

Houses down here in my area of Florida are washed every year....many of my customers on a 6 month schedule. It would be great to get a database going and then get the customers on a reminder schedule as they request what time frame. I write this stuff down now aand then input when I get home...but would be great to do all this on site before we leave so nothing is forgotten.
