How did you get that grease so creamy! Most of what I capture is chunky or oozing blobs. Are you prior service! or is that a military kitchen. lol


I think thats the PB 125 containment system. (Plain Bucket a.k.a Pickle bucket)

To me it appears to be typical emulsion which results from p/w a small hood/plenum and 'caught' in bucket - neither unusual nor excessive.
