Holy crap the camera added about 120lbs............hahahahahaha.

I think it was the menu, rather than the camera.

You need to put yourself on a strict diet of Sonny's BBQ....Works for me! ;)

Mmmmmmm, Sonny's...don't get that up here.

It's a must do when in FL though.

You guys hit a nerve there. I used to do some horse trading in Lexington KY. There are a couple of Sonny's in KY. Always on my list. There and on the way to Sanibel from SWF airport. First stop when I hit Ft. Myers. BBQ and sweet tea.

What's up, Rick!

I haven't spoke with you in a while. How's life in Indy?

Living the big life here. Yeah right. Thanks again for your help with the roof washing questions.

No problem, call anytime.

How's the roof cleaning biz been going?

There's a Sonny's here in Nicolasville....
But you'd be better running to Owensboro to Moonlite. Chopped Mutton and awesome Burgoo.

Sonny's can be really good, sometimes.
Unfortunately, when they get real busy, they take shortcuts!
Instead of receiving "BBQ Ribs" that are TRULY BBQ, here is what they do.
They BOIL the Ribs, then slap em on the grille, brush em with some Liquid Smoke, and serve em up :(
For me, Pork is RUINED once boiled, YMMV.

Memphis and St Louis have great Ribs, and believe it or not, so does Detroit ?
Detroit is THE most Southern Northern City there is.
Many, including my Dad, left Farms in the South years ago for the better money they couild make in Detroit as an Auto Worker.
These Southerners brought their wonderful BBQ habits to Detroit with them !

Never tried North Carolina BBQ with the vinegar and all.
There is a place over in St Pete called The Butlers BBQ that is said to have Authentic North Carolina BBQ ?

I would like to try it sometime ?

Never did the ribs at Sonny's. It doesn't take much to please us Yankees with the lack of good BBQ joints up here. The only good one around here now is Famous Dave's. I go to Knob Creek in October I'll check out Moonlite in Owensboro. All I need is another good place to eat.

Don, roof cleaning is in it's infancy up here. Getting the word out is the hardest part. The real estate community has been my best tool. It will grow just more educating than selling. Roofers still tell them they need a new roof. I did a quote in a 12 year old neighborhood yesterday and they were doing a re-roof nearby already.
